Algebra is the next logical step in elementary mathematics after mastering multiplication and division.  Most elementary teachers touch on algebra in fifth grade but hardly any dive into it like we do here at the Saturn 5 Academy.

When finished, your child will have an in-depth understanding of algebra that is sure to make those middle school algebra years run smoothly and efficiently!

There's no major project in this class unlike some of the other classes, just a lot of math in a way that will be fun for all.  Of course there's the usual stuff, like plexors and warm-ups, and we'll take a look into the life of Katherine Johnson, famous NASA mathematician from the early days of exploration.  Before NASA had computers!
